E. L. Klein began his career in the literary department at The Characters Talent Agency. His fiction has appeared in The Northern Appeal, Acta Victoriana, and The Antigonish Review, among others. He is a contributing travel writer for InsideHook in New York. In 2024, Klein was featured on Monocle Radio for his editorial work in Latin America, where he spent five years living in Mexico, Colombia, and Peru. He studied at the Humber School for Writers under the mentorship of Booker Prize-shortlisted novelist Adam Foulds. He lives in Toronto.
